Directions: If coming from downtown Jacksonville, take I-10
West. Exit on McDuff Avenue.  Turn right at the signal at the
end of the ramp.  Go through next stop light.  You will see
Jake's bar on the right.  You can park in that parking lot.  The
clinic is one house down from Jake's.  It is a white house.
There will be a sign for the clinic outside.
