River City Clinic opened its doors in November 2008. It began

after one of its founding members had a dream that a free health

care clinic was needed on McDuff Avenue. River City Church

supported the foundation of the clinic as did WeCare

Jacksonville. Since that time we have been open on the first and

third Saturday of every month serving adults without health

insurance.

Every clinic is staffed by one or two

oard certified

physicians

and several volunteers. All work on a volunteer basis. We are

able to provide a full range of laboratory services including pap

smears, HIV, and STD screening as well as blood pressure checks

and primary care services. Referrals to specialists and imaging

services are available for no charge if deemed necessary by the

physician. All referrals are handled by the great staff at WeCare

of Jacksonville
